Rogue is the class that is very PvP oriented. So whoever likes PvP it is "a must" to have a Rogue. I have found out that this class really owns in battlegrounds and arenas. But it is also a very good one target damage dealer in PvE. When I raid with my guild I am almost always at the top of the dps meters. When it comes to the leveling, the biggest factor for fast leveling is that you must have constantly a big amount of energy to perform attacks and combos.

I have tried all the three talent trees (Assassination, Combat and Subtlety) and I have found out that the best choice is a Combat tree. It is the best of all speaking of regaining energy through the fight. That's why this build has also the best sustained damage of all. You need energy to perform attacks and combos to kill fast. So with this fast energy regeneration you never need to stop killing.
But beware! In Combat tree you have some talents to boost your specific weapons. For example "Close Quarters Combat" is for enhancing fighting with daggers and fists. "Mace Specialization" is for boosting maces and "Hack and Slash" for swords and axes. So as long as you focus in one type of weapon, mixing those together is a big waste of talents.
