This macro will cast 'Cure Posion' at friendly target:

2.) Multi-Rank Frost Shock

This one will instantly cast Frost Shock Rank 1 for kiting when used with the Shift key:

/cast [mod:shift] Frost Shock(Rank 1); Frost Shock

3.) All-in-One Heals

This little beauty is one of the best world of warcraft shaman macros cheats I know, and it casts either Lesser Healing Wave or Healing Wave when used with the Control key:

/cast [modifier:alt] Chain Heal; [modifier:ctrl] Healing Wave; Chain Heal

4.) Lightning Bolt

Use this one to cast a Lightning Bolt when used with the Control key:

/cast [modifier:ctrl] Chain Lightning; Lightning Bolt

5.) All-in-One Shields

This little macro will can cast Water or Lightning Shields when used with the Alt key:

/cast [modifier:alt] Lightning Shield; Water Shield

6.) Multi-Player Cure Disease

Another useful one, use this against a friendly target our yourself:

7.) Mounted or Ghost Wolf

This macro will cast Ghost Wolf when used in combat or in conjunction with any modifier key:

/cast [combat,nomounted][modifier] Ghost Wolf

/cast [nostance,nocombat,noflyable]
/dismount [mounted]
/cancelform [stance]
